RETURNS and REFUNDS

RETURNS - For our personalized items, the 14-day cooling-off period does not apply. We do not accept returns of any kind and for any reason. However, incomplete or defective items are replaced for free. 

REFUNDS - You will get a full refund if you don`t get your order because of other situations that we are not responsible for (delivery problems, lost package etc).
